When will I get my order?

Units ship from Colorado Springs within 2 business days and most US orders arrive 3 to 5 days after that. You'll get tracking by email.
What is the return policy?

30 days from delivery, any reason. Reply to your order email and I'll send a label. Full refund once it's back.
Are any purchases final sale?

No. Every unit can be returned within the window above, and app subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your unit's store page.
Where are your products manufactured?

The display board is an off-the-shelf ESP32 module. The firmware, apps, server, case assembly, and testing are all done by me in Colorado Springs, and every unit is flashed, tested, and factory reset before it goes in the box.
How much does shipping cost?

Free in the US.

Do I need an app or an account?

No. The QR code on the screen opens your unit's page in any phone browser, and that code is the login.
Can I change what it shows later?

Yes, as often as you like. Scan the QR, pick a different app, and it rebuilds itself in about a minute.
What if my WiFi changes?

Hold BOOT while plugging it in and the WiFi setup page comes back. Your app and settings stay.
