| Your unit | Scan the QR on the screen and send the page link, it identifies your unit |
| Reply time | Usually same day, always within 2 business days |
Quick fixes
| Blank screen | Try another cable or charger |
| No setup page | Hold BOOT, then plug in |
| Grey numbers | Feed is down, not you |
| Factory reset | Hold BOOT 7 sec, app comes back after WiFi |
